Your doctor’s office will send us your prescription.  For your provider’s convenience, the script can be sent electronically, via voice on our toll-free number at 800-775-3582 or via fax at 877-846-6031. Once we receive the prescription, your name, telephone number and delivery information, one of our staff members will contact you.  Your prescription is filled and sent either by same-day messenger or overnight priority shipping. You can also pick up your orders at our convenient location at 2191 Broadway (between 77th and 78th Street) in Manhattan.

Orders placed Monday through Friday before 4:00pm ET will be received by 10:30am ET the next morning in most locations. No minimum order required for fertility patients.

• Upper West Side: Free delivery during all operating hours.
• Upper East Side & locations below 59th Street: Free delivery via messenger service.
• For same-day delivery in Manhattan by messenger, orders must be received Monday-Friday by 4pm, Saturdays by 2pm and Sundays by 2pm.
• Pick-up customers may get their prescriptions at our Upper West Side location during our regular business hours.
