Look for probiotics that contain lactobacillus acidophilus, lactobacillus reuten, and lactobacillus rhamnosus for vaginal health. Regarding the amount of colony-forming units (CFUs), more gut bacteria is not always better and should be discussed with a pharmacist or doctor.
